I lived among Ga fans for almost 10 years and they was at the point to get rid of Willie they was ready to let MR go.

Charlton Warren is a great DB coach. I'd rather have Willie.

They’ve made conferences too deep and 8-4 9-3 seasons are going to happen quite often for a lot of good football teams. All that said I still roll with my chances with Heup over starting over. I think this is the year Banks finally moves on. We have to keep stacking NIL and recruiting classes. Again, the way the SEC has expanded and the money that flows into these schools we can’t act like the sky is falling every year we go 9-3 8-4. It is going to happen.

Exactly. This fanbase is so melodramatic. Going to have to learn to enjoy the 8-4/9-3 seasons or else it’s going to be miserable for everyone.

Both of which changed head coaches at the end of that season so that’s baked in there as well. Tennessee spends more than it’s getting on the field. Every other big 4 program on campus is ran super aggressively championship level recruiting staffing transfer portal etc except Football.

Do we not currently have the #8 recruiting class while having less scholarships, less visits, and less evaluation and communication time than every other team because of the NCAA sanctions? I mean, we're ahead of Ohio State right now...

No one wants 8-4 the next five years. Probabtion matters when you are recruiting without being able to communicate for weeks when others can. That is just as hard or harder than scholarship limits. I hated losing a game when we were the better team. That’s what I kept saying last night after the game and to my friends while eating at 1 am at the Waffle House. But I can’t remember the last time we played a rank team and lost where I felt that as strongly. I expect to win every game we played and live that feeling.

I listen to VN Pod rain or shine. I really enjoy the content. Although AP and his vagueries and talking in circles to incite the masses is old hat.

The Dodgers were preseason favorites. They finished with the third best record in the National League and had to fight their way out of the wildcard round. Going into the World Series, I would have bet on the Blue Jays to win the Series especially with home field advantage . They had a slight advantage with hitting, and a bigger advantage with their bullpen. The Dodgers held the advantage with starting pitching. The Dodgers bullpen lost their only reliable arm to a very serious personal issue.

You missed a great series and the Bluejays had the game won and blew it.
Baseball has much more parity than the other sport bc just bc you have the best team on paper doesn’t mean that you will win it all. Go Dodgers!!!

Yep. Fumble happens but should've been called back for offsides. Later that half them same line judge missed an obvious false start on the 50+ yard FG. So that's 10 points for OU that shouldn't have happened
