I think Golesh would actually push back against Heupel, and Halzle is just a "yes man".

I also think that the defense was made better by having to practice against Golesh's offense; iron sharpen iron and all.

When Butch got fired I was lobbying on here for Kiffin, he wanted the job too, I was raked across the coals for it. Not such a dumb idea now.

I doubt he ever will reach Mark Richt, Mark Richt could at least make the SEC championship game and win one. The biggest thing Josh did was get blow out at Ohio State in the CFP. We are Tennessee, we should not accept this crap, Georgia finally got tired of it with Mark Richt not winning a natty, granted that was 15 years but still. Our fans are happy just to beat Kentucky, I'm not.

Adding insult to injury - grew up in TN - providence had me in FL where I graduated from UCF. They are my second team. I have watched this play out the same for much longer than his tenure at TN.

He has hit his ceiling. Hope I am wrong, confident that I am not.

#2 scoring offense nationally under Halze. 3 WRs over 100 yards receiving under Halze. Didn’t happen under Golesh.
