Say I'm overreacting all you want. He does not get our players ready to play in the critical games. He is not a horrible coach, but he will not win a Championship at UT. If you're okay with that fine, I'm personally not. Flame me all you want for this take, I've seen enough. Kirby is out here and his players win games that they play like trash in, ours play well and dominate and still lose, and lose because of stupid mistakes, dropped passes, bad playing calling on both D and O, and poor overall preparation and coaching.

I said at the start of this season that these Vols were a 8-4 team and possibly a 7-5. Josh can only play the players he has. The problem is the players aren't that good.

I have seen a couple of questionable decisions by the OC and DC but, the buck falls on JH. However, none of that has been so egregious that I would fire the HC.

By the way, who would you get to replace JH? The top coaches are staying put or looking at the Penn State and Florida jobs. Even the LSU job will attract a lot of interest. We would be looking at a second tier Coach. No thanks. I'll keep JH.

Because I asked first and called you out , whom is leaving their destination top job in the country to come to Tennessee, would Lane Kiffin he’s the hot name now.. would Dan Lanning? How bout Curt Cignetti? None of them would right now and Tennessee is a great spot now since Heup has cleaned Tennessee up..but those guys would stay where they are at..
