At Mizzou? My guy, this is not a secret. I'm not suggesting it based on feels.

Edit: it's going to be hard to nail down exactly what they are giving to NIL (as it would who gives to Spyre) but they are absolutely supporting it and Mizzou is reaping the benefits. There's also a ton of money in the Kansas City area from businesses and third parties that aren't necessarily alumni of Mizzou, but several Waltons are.

They're notorious for funding buildings and scholarships at their universities (stadiums in the article you linked), but just as notoriously they've been absent from NIL. Doesn't mean they're not secretly doing so, bit there's no evidence that the Waltons have helped at all with NIL at Mizzou or Arkansas.

They have not "notoriously" been absent. Fans assume they are supporting their NIL! Ask a Mizzou fan!

They just received an "anonymous" donation to the AD that included 62 Million total to the Athletic Department including 12 million to Mizzou's NIL collective.
