If Tony leaves, the most probable scenario is that Elander would take over. You're not going to get a coach to leave their program at this point in the year IMO. And I think Elander taking over would be the ideal situation. It would ensure the roster stays intact and would allow Josh to win right away. If he doesn't get the job done, I'm sure they would find someone who would. The thing is, thanks to Tony's success, the investment into baseball is there.
