I doubt we would, has the one we got done any better?? I mean the one we got now can't even manage a Damn Clock and Would rather Pass despite our Strong Run. So Nah I could take a chance with Franklin all day long
4-21 versus 3-6 against top 10.
If the trend tracks, thay will put Heupel at double the wins against top 10 teams.

You can have Franklin..ill pass.

I thought Currie could have been great AD had he landed Mullen in 2017 search. After Schiano Sunday, I wanted Kiffin back since he was the only coach lobbying for the job in public media. Especially once we were down to Dave Doeren, Mel Tucker, and Jeremy Pruitt.

Regardless of feelings on Kiffin, no one with any brain cells would say Kiffin would have done anything similar to the Pruitt years.
Oof just hearing names like Doeran, Tucker and Pruitt, that brings up really dark memories.

Do you remember when we fired Butch, things got grim even after that? I remember ESPN recommended Cutcliiffe as a candidate lol, I felt hopless

If it wasn't for politics, the easy, successful and obvious hire would have been Kiffin.

Jeremy Pruitt was the worst hire ever at Tennessee and that's saying something because I hought Dooley was bad

I predicted DeBoer to bama before everyone turned them down. Fisch has ties to the gators. Watch my huskies finish strong and it happens again

For the right price, yes. UF is a better job than Louisville by any and every conceivable metric. He wouldn't quite be my first choice though.
Idk they used to be one of Adidas’ premier schools cause of basketball and the basketball team is picking up steam again so money should be flowing in. Maybe can’t match UF’s football program but seeing as his whole family are Louisville Cardinals I think they can come up with an amount he’s happy with. Really don’t think he’s gonna do that to Louisville though.

This is where people get too ahead of themselves.

Like basketball how everyone wanted Steve Forbes, look at him now. Whats he doing that's so special?

Likewise in football how everyone romanticized about Manning coming back here as a HC or making OJ Mayo the HC, what have they done?

Alex Golesch has a good offensive mind and did great at Tennessee and likewise is doing good things at USF now...... but it's South Florida...... Tennessee is a way bigger job

He's 20-13 against a soft schedule and really hasn't beaten anyone outside of a mediocre Florida team and a syracuse team in a bowl with a fired coach and 45 players opting out

It has definitely been a secret that Kiffin is after the Florida job. Literally no one has linked him to wanting that job outside of Florida boosters wanting to target him. It’s amazing how scared people are of Kiffin at a rival schools but at the same time say he’s overrated. 😂😂😂

Franklin would be homerun hire for Florida.
Why would anyone want a fired coach?
