He is a good coach, he is not a championship coachHeupel is a championship coach in hand cuffs. Until our DB's learn to look back for the ball we will never take the step next level. What was it yesterday 7 false starts? and we're halfway thru the season. Our high school team had 2 in 2 games geez!
They are. He’s done a great job. We were 5-5 against Vandy shortly before Heupel arrived.Indiana is historically Vanderbilt levels.
Ridiculously ignorant to think that everyone that disagrees with you falls into the category that you've characterized with this drivel.Fan, alum, donor, season ticket holder, all of the above.
I also like to engage in intelligent, educated football discussion based on observations, trends, statistics, and other facts when forming an opinion.
There are plenty of sunshine pumpers on the board who will sing the praises of our team and coaching staff 100% of the time and blame every loss or close game on the officials or some sort of conspiracy instead of giving other teams credit or pointing out our own shortcomings. I’m not one of them.
He’s a sock puppet. Many prior incarnations. Allow him his misery. The problem with negativity is there’s a tendency to keep raising the bar so failure to meet expectations is more likely and thus the negativity that feels better to some can continue. Be careful not to fall into that trap, or you’ll look up a December and realize we had a good season that you didn’t even enjoy.
While only once, we couldn’t have been favored at LSU when we went down there and whipped them. What did I say that was critical and not fact? Please enlighten me.
Heupel hasn’t gone into a hostile road environment as an underdog at Tennessee and emerged victorious, let alone vs a top ten team, since he’s been here. I won’t believe it will happen until I see it happen.
I'll admit you're FOS. Heupel is one of hundreds who have not won a championship YET. I can't think of a coach, guaranteed to win a championship, none. I'll stick with JH.Heupel is not a championship coach. He’s much better than anyone we have had since Kiffin and deserves respect and job security for what he has done so far. Let’s do the damned thing
a guy that said last year he was never getting tickets or donating money again because UT was a "second tier program"Fan, alum, donor, season ticket holder, all of the above.

no several OSU coaches have went in and dominated a mediocre conference full of 2-3 good programs and bunch of slow white boys in front of 40k peopleSeveral Ohio State coaches have had the best winning percentage of all time? I don’t think so. That’s as dubious as your “Cignetti is 0-10 all time in the postseason” claim.
Since the 1950s, the Big Ten has consisted of Ohio St and Michigan dominating the entire conference (with one third team randomly having a decent year usually)There isn't a ranked team on the remainder of OSU'S schedule
