The problem is that allows a president to fill the ranks with bootlickers. That is something MAGA wants. What MAGA doesn't understand is that the executive branch is already filled with that. They just fall for the lies their handlers (foxnews, etc) tell them and thing the evil gubmint is full of blue haired libtards. Government works differently than the private sector which is another thing a lot of people struggle to wrap their minds around. Its not a for profit business. The executive branch also swears an oath to follow the constitution, not whoever the president is, unlike the military who swears an oath to follow the presidents orders.Executive branch employees work for the executive branch. He should be able to fire any and all
I find it a 1st amendment right violation. Unless I missed something in the rules about getting Visas that says you can't have an opinion, regardless if its in really bad taste and low class.
Screen them sure, no argument against that. Lets just make sure visa holders understand their "rights" aren't protected under the constitution. It’s in bad taste to celebrate the murder of people you disagree with. There’s no right to a visa. We should absolutely screen people we are bringing in

These visa revocations are just another example of right wing snowflake p@$$ification which is funny since they complain about leftist snowflakes all the time. Common theme for left snd right: its only ok when my guy does it.
Now the liberals worry about nation of laws. That’s a cute fake rage.A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked the Trump administration's mass layoffs as the government shutdown drags on, pausing the job cuts for thousands of American workers.
U.S. District Judge Susan Illston granted a request by two unions to stop layoffs at more than 30 agencies. She said President Donald Trump and his top aides have made several comments showing explicit political motivations for the layoffs, such as Trump saying that cuts would target "Democrat agencies."
"You can't do that in a nation of laws. And we have laws here, and the things that are being articulated here are not within the law," said Illston, an appointee of Democratic former President Bill Clinton.

But yes. Trump should fire every single government employee. The sooner the better. None of us need any "Service" they provide.
No matter how much you and the Federalist Society members on the Supreme Court want it to be, the 'Unity Executive Theory' is not supported by the Constitution.

It's not "ambiguous" at all if you are an 'originalist' as 6 members of the Supreme Court claim to be.I believe you mean the unitary executive theory. And it is. Even your lengthy article that you posted without reading (the thing you always do), doesn’t outright deny that but rather says it’s ambiguous.
Presidents delegating powers to others doesn’t mean those powers are not under the control of congress nor the courts. But rather remain with the executive.
Which is a good thing. Otherwise your desired reality only further worsens the problem of unaccountable executive agencies
genocide doesn't require a stated goal.Israel has publicly stated it wants to eradicate Hamas not all Palestinians, big difference. Now if you or anyone else wants to state that Israel’s goal for Hamas is “genocide” then yeah I’ll agree with that wholeheartedly, but not all Palestinians.
Almost every leader of every country that’s gone to war has had an arrest warrant issued for them. Bush had one and I think Trump now has a few himself if I’m not mistaken.

You'd deny the link's truth if I posted it. Google it like you say.
Where in the Constitution does it say that our gov't can't revoke visas? If you act like an ass while visiting our country, we should have the right to say we don't want you here. We're not charging you with a crime or anything. We're just saying "you're not welcome here anymore"Ah so freedom of speech isn't really for everyone in the USA is it? That pesky constitution getting in the way again!
If you would have read beyond the first paragraph he calls it both equivocal and ambiguous.
