President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

I survived the last 4 years. Keep crying. Try to stop a arrest and guess what you get arrested also

Executive branch employees work for the executive branch. He should be able to fire any and all
The problem is that allows a president to fill the ranks with bootlickers. That is something MAGA wants. What MAGA doesn't understand is that the executive branch is already filled with that. They just fall for the lies their handlers (foxnews, etc) tell them and thing the evil gubmint is full of blue haired libtards. Government works differently than the private sector which is another thing a lot of people struggle to wrap their minds around. Its not a for profit business. The executive branch also swears an oath to follow the constitution, not whoever the president is, unlike the military who swears an oath to follow the presidents orders.

But yes. Trump should fire every single government employee. The sooner the better. None of us need any "Service" they provide.

I find it a 1st amendment right violation. Unless I missed something in the rules about getting Visas that says you can't have an opinion, regardless if its in really bad taste and low class.

It’s in bad taste to celebrate the murder of people you disagree with. There’s no right to a visa. We should absolutely screen people we are bringing in

Screen them sure, no argument against that. Lets just make sure visa holders understand their "rights" aren't protected under the constitution.

These visa revocations are just another example of right wing snowflake p@$$ification which is funny since they complain about leftist snowflakes all the time. Common theme for left snd right: its only ok when my guy does it.

No one is fining them. No one is charging them with a crime. But they also have no right to be here.

The snowflake comment is just purely retarded.

Why do you care so deeply about keeping people who openly support terrorism in our country?

A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked the Trump administration's mass layoffs as the government shutdown drags on, pausing the job cuts for thousands of American workers.

U.S. District Judge Susan Illston granted a request by two unions to stop layoffs at more than 30 agencies. She said President Donald Trump and his top aides have made several comments showing explicit political motivations for the layoffs, such as Trump saying that cuts would target "Democrat agencies."

"You can't do that in a nation of laws. And we have laws here, and the things that are being articulated here are not within the law," said Illston, an appointee of Democratic former President Bill Clinton.
Now the liberals worry about nation of laws. That’s a cute fake rage.

The problem is that allows a president to fill the ranks with bootlickers.

That’s always been the case on both sides. You just didn’t mind when it was your side.

That is something MAGA wants. What MAGA doesn't understand is that the executive branch is already filled with that. They just fall for the lies their handlers (foxnews, etc) tell them and thing the evil gubmint is full of blue haired libtards.

MAGA is right about that

Government works differently than the private sector which is another thing a lot of people struggle to wrap their minds around. Its not a for profit business.

You don’t think we understand that government doesn’t earn a profit?

The executive branch also swears an oath to follow the constitution, not whoever the president is, unlike the military who swears an oath to follow the presidents orders.

But yes. Trump should fire every single government employee. The sooner the better. None of us need any "Service" they provide.

Is this your style in general? Just mindless rants that are only semirelated to what you’re even responding to?

No matter how much you and the Federalist Society members on the Supreme Court want it to be, the 'Unity Executive Theory' is not supported by the Constitution.

I believe you mean the unitary executive theory. And it is. Even your lengthy article that you posted without reading (the thing you always do), doesn’t outright deny that but rather says it’s ambiguous.

Presidents delegating powers to others doesn’t mean those powers are not under the control of congress nor the courts. But rather remain with the executive.

Which is a good thing. Otherwise your desired reality only further worsens the problem of unaccountable executive agencies

It's not "ambiguous" at all if you are an 'originalist' as 6 members of the Supreme Court claim to be.

To quote Nelson:

Israel has publicly stated it wants to eradicate Hamas not all Palestinians, big difference. Now if you or anyone else wants to state that Israel’s goal for Hamas is “genocide” then yeah I’ll agree with that wholeheartedly, but not all Palestinians.

Almost every leader of every country that’s gone to war has had an arrest warrant issued for them. Bush had one and I think Trump now has a few himself if I’m not mistaken.
genocide doesn't require a stated goal.

Israel has a pretty established history of shooting up aid convoys and stations. Its been a claim consistently throughout the war. Israel declares the aid station is open via loudspeakers and written means for X amount of time. And then will post over internet during that time that the aid station is closed. Never mind that most of Palestine doesn't have power yet alone internet to know the israelis closed the aid station. The israelis use that no-notice closure to justify firing into peaceful crowds.

They have punished multiple soldiers for the very thing you deny. I am sure you will pivot from "it never happened" to "it's ok israel "punished" them"

I am sure this comment won't be hypocritical in 3, 2, 1...

You'd deny the link's truth if I posted it. Google it like you say.

Ah so freedom of speech isn't really for everyone in the USA is it? That pesky constitution getting in the way again!
Where in the Constitution does it say that our gov't can't revoke visas? If you act like an ass while visiting our country, we should have the right to say we don't want you here. We're not charging you with a crime or anything. We're just saying "you're not welcome here anymore"

As a generalization, the United States sets the conditions of foreigners entering the country. The U.S. can revoke all visas if it wishes.

The Bill of Rights covers all 'persons' in the United States, so yes someone here on a visa has a 1st amendment right to speak as they see fit without government retaliation.

Amazing how quickly MAGAs go from being "lovers of the constitution" to completely disregarding it.
