I’ve been an avid weightlifter for 20 years or so doing traditional bodybuilding movements and splits. Two years ago I switched to full body workouts 3-5 days a week and have been in the best shape of my life at 42 since switching. I’ve convinced multiple friends to switch and they’ve both lost about 20 lbs and packed on lean muscle. Highly recommend it!I may need to drop down to just 14 sets. Time constraints. . .
Cignetti has won everywhere he has been. The job he has done at Indiana is nothing short of miraculous, I dont care what the schedule has been. Before Cignetti, Indiana had had only 3 winning seasons in almost 20 years...one of, if not the worst program in the country. Hard pressed to find 10 worse programs in P4. Of course Cignetti could crash and burn somewhere else...that goes for 99.999999% of coaches. You really never know.Is Curt Cignetti the next Matt Campbell?
Isn’t it funny these guys have meteoric rises, can’t miss hires, and he could wind up being an analyst for for some other jabroni trying to resurrect his career in 10 years.
*Matt Campbell is just an example
I've threatened to switch to this type of workout for years. Still my same routine: Three work outs a week...complimentary muscle groups (for 40 years).I’ve been an avid weightlifter for 20 years or so doing traditional bodybuilding movements and splits. Agree. Good post. It’s just commentary on the epics of college coaches. They are stories of v tragedy and triumph.Cignetti has won everywhere he has been. Also, I still believe Matt Campbell is one of the best coaches in the country, always have. Incredible job he has done. Can you find Ames on the map?
The schedule of Indiana is always the "go to" by people on here... Indiana doesn't make conference schedule. As far as the OOC schedule every P4 OOC schedule is crap....even ours...Cignetti has won everywhere he has been. And yet I was yelled at constantly for bringing this to the board a while ago. I understand him but when you are getting a nice NIL that sucks for a university who could have spent on a Safety or WRListening to a a few podcasts AP/Hubbs and Sportssource etc I am hearing that McCoy is not returning if he doesn't play against Bama. VQ said emphatically no help is coming on back end...
So taking it for what it is I say roll for the future and get the guys who have to replace Hood (who's likely to enter the draft) ready for next year.
