Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

So when Proctor line up in the backfield this weekend let’s just count it as 6. Got it
Someone is going to hit him one of these times and put the helmet on the ball, and Proctor will fumble. If he gets the chance Saturday night, then I hope it’s one of us who does it.

You would have to work hard to call that targeting. You can see a micro adjustment he's trying to square up to use his shoulder, and clearly doesnt lunge. In fact that micro movement shows a split second decision to not lunge, where he was going too.

What was it 66 yards to none at one point? And they're bitching about this?! We couldve just as easily won by two TD's.

Happy Tuesday

October 14, 2025: Rise above uncertainty and confusion to find truth and peace. You will be able to make adjustments in your work flow that will result in better results. Refuse to dump down in a sense of despair and uselessness. Remember that you are the Lord's own special treasure. He will lead you out of this wilderness. Trust in Christ. Psalm 3:3 Psalm 3:3 But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head.

I heard on the radio that 15 days ago, PSU played Oregon and the game went into OT
PSU scored first, so undefeated, number 3 in the nation, leading Oregon in OT. BOOM
lose to Oregon in OT, lose to UCLA(0-4 at the time) on the road, lose to Northwestern
3-3 record, unranked and you are fired. Crazy 15 days😵‍💫
I’m no Franklin fan, but that type of decision making is how you end up floundering for a decade till you find the right coach. Now maybe there’s been other problems in the football program and they were looking for an opportunity to make a change?

How many wide open TD passes have other 5* sophomore WR dropped?

Ryan Williams, ranked higher at #4 player in the country, drops a lot of wide open passes and has been doing so since stepping on Bama’s campus.

You should watch more college football outside of just Vols games.

He's not defenseless, so unless the defender uses the crown of the helmet, you can't have targeting. He can lunge all he wants, he can smash him in the head, he can do anything except use the crown of his helmet once the runner isn't defenseless.

That's true, my brother. But that's not what it says in the W/L column. Hugh's handicapped because I don't think Auburn's biggest boosters like him. I think they really would have preferred if someone ahead of him said yes. My guess is they will be more willing to buy him out than buy him a better roster.
It also appears like the SEC didn’t like the fact that Auburn hired Hugh Freeze when they made it known that they didn’t want him back in the conference. Sankey is a narcissist that doesn’t like anyone questioning him. I will be happy when he is not running the SEC. Him and the BIG commissioner are he!! Bent on ruining college football for money and power.
