You over simplify and cherry pick what you want. How about Hebron massacre? Black hand? Riots in Libya? The Farhud? And then all throughout 1800’s

It didn’t start in 1967, it didn’t start in 1948. You’re ignorant or disingenuous maybe both.

A fair assessment of the conversation would be:

You said I was lying when I said, "This makes no sense because Israel started it in 1967." You say Egypt started the 1967 war because of a blockade.

I say OK, IDC about that point. The point isn't really about who started a war, it's that Palestinians and Israeli relations are best explained by the conflict the occupation has created. It's about unjustified war crimes that've been ongoing for 58 years.

You say the war crimes are justified.

I have no response to that. I feel like I've won if somebody says a blockade justifies war crimes.

My hope is that, after Hamas either surrenders Gaza or they are obliterated when they refuse what seems to be their best opportunity to claim any sort of victory out of this particular catastrophe, you are able to put your efforts into something else that gives you purpose and meaning other than virtue- dancing your way through this forum while insulting anyone who doesn’t share your “Israel are terrorists” worldview.

No country in the region meets that. The US doesn't meet it. Self-determination is the best target.

Israel beats the **** out of everybody because they were indeed arming up, and they were ready. They illegally seized territory and have held it for 58 years.

Even if you want to say that this blockade was an act of war, international law doesn't allow the seizure of land just because you were upset about a blockade.
