BREAKING: Qatar and Egypt have delivered Trump’s plan to Hamas, which says they will review it.

Israel has agreed to the peace plan.

It’s up to Hamas to make it a reality.

Israel beats the **** out of everybody because they were indeed arming up, and they were ready. They illegally seized territory and have held it for 58 years.

Even if you want to say that this blockade was an act of war, international law doesn't allow the seizure of land just because you were upset about a blockade.

Syria
USSR
Israel

That doesn't justify war crimes. I don't understand what you think you have here. The US commits acts of war all over the world all the time. I don't deserve to be the victim of war crimes, and an enemy nation would not be justied in committing war crimes against me just because my government makes acts of war everywhere all the time for my whole life.

@volfanhill the US bombed Iran because they wouldn't comply with rules we wanted to impose on them.

An outright act of war.

Do we deserve to be the victims of war crimes? Would Iran be justified in committing war crimes in response?

**** falls apart real fast when you apply the logic to other scenarios.

Lets just start with your claim that Israel started this in 1967 is either a lie or innacurate. And you knew about the blockade. And you love to throw international law in peoples face.

Are you kidding me? It's not a lie.

If you want to say that Egypt started the war, IDC. But Israel started their modern day problems with Palestinians with their illegal occupation. We're not talking about Egypt ITT. We're talking about the horrible situation between Palestinians and Israelis. Apparently, you want to blame Egypt. Cool. That doesn't help anything. That doesn't justify anything from the last 58 years.

The occupation is the cause of all the problems with their relations today. There is stuff that predates it, but the illegal occupation is the cataclysmic issue at hand.

You think you get to define the start of everything. You used to say 10/7/23 is the start, and then I'd say what about 8/7/22 and you'd disappear.

I say occupation is the start of the problems today, and you say an Egyptian blockade was, LOL. Yeah, neither side can get over that blockade.

What about 1948? Again, your method leaves everybody dead, because it's impossible to establish who was right in the first place, and any type of response is always justified. This is getting ridiculous.

History sucks. We live in the most privileged time and place, and it's specifically because the West has followed international law within the West for 80 years.

He literally said he wouldn't blame them for war crimes, and then I asked about a specific type of war crime, nuking his family, and said this is how things work. Because conceding any point would be just too much.
