Such a good post. And I’m here for it let them live in delusional. They sound like entitled little toddlersThat fanbase is mostly clueless about why Bama was so dominant.
They think it’s because they’re Bama. Not because Nick Saban essentially controlled the entire state, SEC, and NCAA while paying players and skirting the rules of non-staff assistants actually coaching. He is a good coach made elite by having advantages across the board in everything from officiating to recruiting to strength and conditioning.
Now he’s gone and most of those advantages are neutralized. They’re just another team.
It would cost them at least 1/8 of a Billion dollars just to get a new coach,This. Their insiders were saying this last night. They said there’s realistically no way they can afford to fire DeBoer and hire a top tier coach. They said there’s just no chance and that the fans need to understand this.
And all God’s people say “amen.”That fanbase is mostly clueless about why Bama was so dominant.

So what changed? Did Coach E just randomly get better at recruiting or were other factors involved as well? People familiar with both the program and recruiting in general have also expressed their doubts about his recruiting ability. The man has landed the highest rated OLine recruit we have EVER landed...the 4th highest OVERALL. He has another 5* committed as we speak. He went into Texas and pulled TWO 4* linemen...something we had NEVER done.
I know i know, all of that was accomplished by money and every other person in the building not named Elarbee...you know, the guy that's just their position coach AND primary recruiter.
Also, I'd be willing to bet if I asked Josh Heupel, the big kahuna "inside the building", about Elarbee, the tune would sound a lot different than the one you're playing.
