Since every liberal or „anti Zionist“ who has ever debated the ACTUAL Kirk has shown a singular inability to prevail; I guess the best you can do is set up a straw man cartoon version to avoid the inevitable embarrassment
I love watching Kirk absolutely destroy the know it all college age idiots on an ongoing basis.
You wouldn’t last 15 seconds against him.

You are embarrassing yourself bud.

His intimidation of a naive young lady isn't very impressive. Has he won a debate against a knowledgeable adult?

I keep seeing people online saying they don't make fun of the left anymore. PC Principal was literally an essential character for these recent years (and still exists) to make fun on the left/woke. Folks complaining they don't make fun of both sides obviously don't watch.

And PC principal is probably the best new character since?...Jimmy?

Every college student he debates THINKS they are knowledgeable. I sure did at the time.
There is not a more self important idiot than a kid who leaves home and sits in front of a college professor who tells them that their parents were wrong about everything. Again; I was no exception to that rule.
But since the kiddos are merely parroting their instructors; Kirk is in a sense debating those „knowledgeable adults“

I thought the episode was funny. Cartoons isn't really thread worthy though, imo
I think it is because it's only a matter of time before Trump reacts in some way. They are going to keep going after him all season, potentially all 50 episodes they agreed to make. Trump doesn't have it in him to just sit back and not do something, his skin is way too thin.

I'm sure he'll be fine since it's a cartoon and it can't hurt him but that didn’t stop his bitchin'.
I am old enough to remember Presidents all the way back to Nixon. And every single Republican was caricatured as either an imbecile or a criminal (o both).
The only Democrat who even came close to that level of ridicule was Clinton. And that of course was over his personal life and not his policies

He did say a few things. I actually think ignoring it is the best thing for him. They'll probably focus more on Trumpy people like Kirk if he's not reacting.

Oh yeah. I completely forgot about their broadway show.

I've never seen the movie but it has made its way into my awareness with memes and gifs.

They have a golden touch.

Have they ever been nominated for the Mark Twain prize / award?
Before Matt and Trey created SP they made a movie in college called Cannibal The Musical. It's one of the funniest films you'll ever see.

To me, the reason South Park got stale is too much of that era was in service of the season-long plot. South Park is at its best when it's just each episode reacting to the world instead of trying to write a longer story that retrofits the most recent current events to the story arc they outlined.

I agree completely. Much better when each episode was its own thing. And when they did do a continuous storyline, it'd be limited to like two or three episodes max and they were good.

It's fine when there are throughlines. In fact, they make the seasons better when they work. But for example that season where it was some kind of conspiracy involving Denmark. It shapes the whole season and I got pretty bored with that one. I can barely remember it.

Oh my, an entertainment program mocking Trump 😳
How groundbreaking and BRAVE.
They really charted new territory here didn’t they?
How oh how will Trump survive the novelty of ridicule??????
Usually he responds with a meltdown filled with petty insults, exposing his legendary insecurity and thin skin

"Trey Parker and Matt Stone. It's a shame really. Used to be funny. Now all they do is attack Trump? Why? I don't know. They hate America. They hate Trump. Just like Colbert. I guess they hate $1 gas. Yea can you believe it? $1."

When it's fine to post every worthless YouTube video ever made about Trump in the political forum, threads like this are actually the best content.

I thought the episode was hilarious.
