If his name wasn't Sanders, his performance as a QB the last 2 years would only be considered B+. He's good. Maybe NFL roster worthy. Likley not a starter soon, if ever. But, he's not Dieon legendary status. None of his 3 sons ever possessed his talent. Not even close. Prime was in a different category that few resided.

Yes it is. I do it for a living. Mathematics, not just arithmetic. Most people view mathematics and arithmetic as synonymous but they are not. Arithmetic is +,-,x, /. Mathematics is the higher constructs that utilize arithmetic such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc.
Colorado won a Natty and we are supposed to believe that Deion going sub .500 is the Golden age of Buff football. Give me a break. Remember just because you weren't alive or didn't know doesn't mean it didn't happen. Under any metric, retiring one's number for one subpar season is stupid.

While I agree with your sentiment about the number retiring is dumb, the original post you responded to referenced Colorado in the last 25 years. 1990 was 35 years ago.

I understood that when I wrote the post and I knew that many would miss the forest cause there was too many trees in the way. It is obnoxious and insulting that a moron like Deion can disrespect Colorado by retiring his kid's number and totally dismiss all the others in the history of Colorado Football. Fact is, Shedeur Sanders threw the ball on most every play, against mostly inferior competition, and still only won 4 games. It is not like he is Joe Burrow. He better stick to rapping, I hear he is good at that, if there is such a thing.

Getting 5 downs at the most critical drive of the year for every team would probably result in vastly different NCs each year.

The Yeller Jackets were the rightful NC that year-no favoritism for that team here. Nosiree.

Yep, it makes more sense in basketball even though I’m not a fan of that either, with some notable exceptions like MJ’s #23 in Chicago or Jackie Robinson’s #42 in MLB.

I didn’t know 3rd round draft choices get their numbers retired. Of course it is Colorado. They haven’t had much to set a standard.
