I am saying the law is the law and it should be followed as the law is written. not as the admin wants to implement the law.They have potential remedy, see Trump v JGG. The issue was where there was irreparable harm i.e. Obama murdering Americans imo.
You're arguing the Law shouldn't be the Law but that is the Law.
At least we haven't let it get to the place where Habeas is suspended, its better to fix this now before it gets worse, imo.
the POTENTIAL remedy has an issue. it only applies if the mistake is caught BEFORE they are able to stick someone on a plane to a foreign country. after that point you have maintained that the US has no jurisdiction what so ever. so even a citizen would be SOL in your argument once they hit El Salvadoran ground.
