I fount that box last night. It was driving me crazy.

Inspecting this watch I found a small scratch on the screen protector. The screen itself is still perfect. I have an extra new protector I can install it for you before I send it, but if you can live with the scratch I'll just send you the extra protector to use later if you need it.

80° and 95% humility already.

Mainly because of process of elimination Im certain that abstaining from coffee and other caffeinated drinks, carbonated drinks and diet has had the biggest effect.

I actually had an 83 sleep score last night.

Had my Medicare wellness visit (🙄) with my new doc today, and she was intrigued enough to do an EKG in the office. Still only PACs, but they’re really frequent now, plus with the sleep disturbances, and I’m being referred for a Holter (wearable temporary heart rate monitor), I think for 7 days?

I’ll be happy to have a baseline record. As an adoptee, I have no known family medical history, which can be annoying as you get older (70 this fall), and you’re trying to figure out what to look out for.

My heart rate is “irregularly irregular,” which to me is a delightful phrase. I would use it as my FB status if I did FB, I guess.

Hope you aren't allergic to the adhesive. I only wore one 24 hours and it took the skin with it.
