New watch arrives today. I didn't think about it until last night but it's supposed to be able to detect sleep apnea. I never considered that maybe being an issue. It's going to be interesting to see the info and how accurate it is, if at all.

the watch needs two nights of sleep data to track how many relative decreases in blood oxygen occur, then it analyzes this data for signs of moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea"
Last night..my normal low is between 78-83. It's always been a concern but I've just accepted it. Never thought about sleep apnea.
