Wow. Ok that makes sense I guess but they’re pay josh Jacobs more than that and is he really that younger or better? Seems a lateral move to me I’d keep the guy who knows your offense in and out and is a beast in his own right.
Josh Jacobs is 26. Aaron Jones is 29. Yes. He is a several years younger. He is also better and has had fewer injury issues.

When CRB retires (assuming he does so before he’s 80), we should hire CBP back.
Just when I thought it was safe… are you a kiffinite too?

No freaking way will our current admin ever even glance in the direction of a dumbass who turned a couple of minor offenses into a show cause. You really want back an absolute idiot who almost got our university in a whole lot of trouble? Did you want the admin to stand behind pruitt too?

For crying out loud 😡

Top 5 Point Guards at Tennessee.

1. Tony Harris ( even though he was a head case occasionally)
2. C.J. Watson
3. Kennedy Chandler ( one season was a sample size should have stayed longer)
4. Jordan Bone
5. ZZ
Honorable Mention
Tyrone Beamann
Tony “The Wizard” White should replace Chandler. He was a one and done and really only came on a the end of his year.

Tony White was Wizardly throughout his career at Tennessee.
No way that ZZ isn’t higher either.

From the beginning UT anticipated and prepared for an NCAA investigation.

"UT had spent tens of thousands of dollars on lawyers to look out for the interests of Iamaleava, as well as other athletes in the NIL space, by the time the quarterback enrolled. NIL deals have become a dominant factor in the success of high-level recruiting in college sports − without them, a program can't land the best players.

By hiring expert help so early, the university got ahead of NCAA investigators who targeted specific schools for breaking NIL rules that ultimately were ruled invalid by a federal court.

It’s an eye-opening revelation that the NCAA investigation which came to light on Jan. 30, was already being anticipated by UT more than year ago."

It was a juggling act to battle the NCAA in the present while preparing for a future fight.

In December 2022, BSK attorneys logged 88 hours over 16 days advising UT on the future NIL case while they also worked on the Pruitt case.

It may have seemed premature. But Iamaleava planned to enroll that month, and the NCAA already was sending out warning signs.
In December 2022, there were rumblings that the NCAA planned to target schools and high-profile recruits that it felt abused its murky and everchanging NIL rules.

Iamaleava’s recruitment fit that description.

UT’s lawyers increased their attention on the future NIL case, logging 61.5 billable hours over 18 days in January 2023, documents show. They logged another 22 days of work on the future NIL case in February 2023.
This makes me smile. This AD, admin and legal team are incredible. 🤠

Now if they can figure out how to bury saban in all his dirty tricks then they are immortals! Oh and kiby, if we can get nicky, then we can sure as hell get your bowl cut ass. 😈

Oh good lord get over it.

No I hate kiffin and don’t want him ever near our field again unless it’s with a 100 golf balls and mustard bottles cascading towards him.

I did like Pruitt but I totally understand if you don’t have complete institutional control you can’t get away with cheating so openly and ultimately the decision to cut ties was in our schools best interest.

The cbp fiasco was so overblown it’s incredulous to know he lost his job over that. The rest of the basketball world agrees. I don’t know why it went down the way it did. Above my pay grade. Ncaa hates us kinda thing I suppose. He’s not an absolute idiot. He’s a tremendous coach. Still the only one to bring us to an elite 8. Brought us some glorious memories, number 1 AP ranking, the wins over calipari against Memphis, Chris Lofton and the rest of the players and don’t lie - you know all their names. Tied for Barnes with best overall season. Better overall and conference record than Barnes. Put some respect on the man’s name.

So this is for the people who have cut the cable cord and don’t use big cable companies. What do you guys use? I mean we don’t really watch a lot of premium channel movies. We do like Netflix and that’s about it. Mostly we watch sports and some other things on regular channels. So what’s a good alternative to cable for getting local channels?

Also, what do you guys do for internet?
I live in a rural area and use starlink. It's been great for me, I'm receiving over 150mbgps avg. That's without placing the dish in the best place.

Happy Choose Day

March 12, 2024: You are beginning to formulate the next phase of your existence, but you must not be hasty in carrying out the first blueprint of your plan. Take your time and make sure that what you are thinking about is prudent and in the best interest of everyone involved. This is a time when you need wisdom the most. Proverbs 4:7-9 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. Exalt her, and she will promote you; she will bring you honor, when you embrace her. She will place on your head an ornament of grace; a crown of glory she will deliver to you.

YouTube TV. Has everything like local and all sports. We currently have Spectrum internet. It’s not bad.
Same

I have Google Fiber for internet which is a fat fast pipe at 1 terabyte speed for $60 per month. Stupid fast internet

Have YouTubeTV for content. Plus some Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, and Hulu

So much better and cheaper than back when I had DirectTV

Has anyone actually seen a copperhead? We need pictures of this mythical animal?
When I was kid in Lake Charles, LA was throwing baseball in backyard with my younger brother

Missed the ball and it ended up under dad's boat. I crawled under to get ball and came face to face about 18 inches away from a hissing copperhead

I literally pissed my pants

So yes, I have seen a copperhead. Up close and personal

I would think a Google fiber connection would be maxed out at 10Gb?

You should write a book about your experience. not many have seen them, less have lived to tell the tale

You're lucky it wasnt a ninja copperhead or we wouldnt be having this conversation.
