Yeah if the committee is BS'ing about how good bama's "LOSSES" are and how good they still think they are, well Hyatt's performance alone against bama should win him the award based on their rationalization LOL.... I heard the QB that was tossing him the rock did pretty well this season before he got hurt and so he's an afterthought now... SMFH

Hutchinson is a reception machine, but his yards (in regard to his number of receptions) and TDs really aren't impressive. Hyatt should win, but Harrison will win. It's all about name and the fact he plays for Ohio State. Once more, a Tennessee player will get screwed and finish second for a prestigious award.

So you are saying a win by Tennessee is a good loss for a Vols' opponent but Tennessee's losses are bad, bad, bad?

When people miss your sarcasm, do you ever double down on them taking you seriously and turn it into a ridiculous argument.

I've done that, just for laughs.
I have. Actually... It was with you.

I honestly believe he will win. I see your point but Hyatt season was awesome and he sat out alot of 2nd halves.

You watch...Utah will upset USC, Ohio State will be in the CFP and then the Orange Bowl will be ours...then Clemson will get beaten by UNC and Dabo will evade us for another year.
I don't want to play NC with this defense. If we have to, so be it, but that will he a really tough row to hoe without Hendon and who knows how many others that nay opt out.

Still would rather UNC than Tulane. Tulane is lose-lose. Win and they’ll say, “meh, It’s not a power 5 team.” Lose and they’ll say, “See, UT was overrated.” Plus, we still owe UNC an ass whooping from that 2010 Music City Bowl.
UNC with Maye will put 50+ on this defense.
