Ok, let’s admit “picked apart” is a stretch. It has taken several third down conversions and 2 4th down conversions. “Picking apart” is what we did our possession. USC shouldn’t be able to maintain this.

Their wide receivers are wide open. Rattler has two open receivers on every play. Even when we get pressure a receiver is open. Having guys wide open is being picked apar, esp with four 20 plus yard receptions so far. They are attacking our DBs.

Pitt/LSU/UK were games where the defensive play calling was set up to maximize their weaknesses and build our strengths. If you think those games were called poorly, you’re not having an honest discussion. Look at the players on this defense. Garner is a massive part of that and clearly has the best unit, but to say it’s all dline and zero play calling is silly. It’s also silly to crap on our coaches when most of the coaching in this conference sucks
