I killed this one back in May. Forgot I had some left in the freezer until the other day. Always good and lean like you said. Gonna go to NC in December and "harvest" as many as I can over 3 days.My father in law used to trap wild boar/hogs in north Texas, they can really tear up farm land with their rooting. He would check traps from the air and set them based on their trails. My husband’s family used boar meat in everything!
