They thought they could replace him by drafting Burks. I was never sold on that idea. Truthfully, the Titans need to retool their offense. They need a real QB and some WRs to compliment DH. RT really isn't a great QB, and I never understood drafting Willis.

And yes, they need a new OC.

Jon Robinson gets a lot of undue praise IMO.

I don't know who to blame for the fact that, two weeks into the season, the janitorial staff is on the field. Feels like every year since Vrabel has been here. I don't know if Vrabel is doing mad max **** at practice. Or maybe he isn't doing enough to get them game ready. Don't know. To give him credit, he somehow finds a way to win in the regular season with practice squad players. Will win the division again this year because we play in the dogwater AFCS. But still, the injuries are what boggle my mind.

I’m a big proponent of the Kiffin method when you’re forced to play someone who’s not ready, but has some athletic ability: roll him out and cut the field in half.

I mean, that won’t work long term in the NFL, but it might steal you a win or two when your defense can hold up.

There were some throws that Tannehill routinely makes. Willis didn't see them or couldn't get them there. He just isn't ready and honestly shouldn't be number two at this point. He's very limited and isn't getting timing throws to receivers.
