Clemson is out. Doesn’t matter if they win ACC or not
Their schedule was pretty bad and they struggled almost every game. OTOH, VOLS only loss (hopefully) will be to the number one team in the country--at their stadium. Yes, we looked bad in that game but our strength of schedule is really good.

1. UGA
2. OSU
3. Michigan
4. TCU/UT
5. UT/TCU

Gonna use Rucker's tweet. I think this is how it will play out come release time this week.
I do agree, and the OSU/Mich spots take care of themselves like we did with UGA. Neither team has the resume to backup a loss and stay in the top 4.

1 loss Vols over any one loss ACC team this year easily. ACC is the worst P5 conference by a mile this year

Watch them try to compare us to Oregon later

"Well Oregon lost to UGA as well, but ended the season 11-1, and won the PAC championship"

I forgot about Oregon

UGA will win the SEC championship against LSU.

Ole Miss and Bama play next week, so one of those gets knocked out. LSU still has to play Arkansas and A&M, away. So either Ole Miss or LSU will lose in the ship.

Clemson lost last night. They will probably need to lose to UNC in the championship as well. If they win the ACC, they jump us.

OSU/Michigan, whoever loses this game is out.

TCU still has to play at Texas and Baylor back to back, and away games.
Clemson is toast. Surely no way they're in with a 21 pt L to an unranked team on the road vs a 1-loss SEC team whose loss is 14 to the #1 team.

For the first time in history we benefited by playing the rotating opponent that ends overachieving and being a really good team (LSU). Also first time ever benefitting from playing Bama (and winning).
Yes, usually we end up playing the west best team every year whether Bama or someone else. For once, it worked in our favor.

Among many other good things about this season, we got Bama plus the other hottest team in the west… and we whipped them both.

And it took a raucous crowd, a miracle punt, rain and a ton of pre-snap penalties for the defending champs to beat our Vols by only two scores at their place, while our defense of all things harassed and stifled them (a top 5 offense in their own right) most of the game.

What a year!

Let’s finish strong!

In all seriousness though, Jaden Daniels deserves the Levis award for greatest QB performance of the day. If Levis-level perfection is 100, Daniels was probably a 2, but still awesome and better than Bama and the rest of the country (outside Levis, of course - may he ever be praised).
