Beamer has that team at 5-2 and their supposed superstar transfer QB sucks. Damn, good coaching job, even if, he is pure cringe. Plus, technically, he is in the Fulmer coaching tree, iIrc. Vols still blow 'em out by 25. The defensive line will sack and force Rattler into turnovers, multiple times, while we hang half a hundred on 'em. Anyway, as of now, Beamer gets a "good job" from me, despite his schtick

Who have they really beat? Kentucky without Levis. A trash Texas A&M team that now has 4 losses. Georgia State, Charlotte, and SC State. But Beamer acts like they won the Super Bowl last night and Columbia is the best environment in football. SMH!

Beamer sucks, go Vols

I will never take wins for granted again. If Hooker has a bad day, the defense keeps on sucking, and they get points on goofy STs crap and TOs...they can beat us.

But...we should win if we play our game. They got a lot of IFs to overcome.

And we have to get by Kentucky first...right now that is all that matters.

One game at a time. That is the mentality of this team. I don't think they are getting to far out in front of their skis thinking about the SECCG or the CFBP. Just come to the office and take care of business and everything else takes care of itself.

Nobody should ever lay their hands on anyone but it happens… Depending on what happened determines the severity of the punishment… if he just shoved her then internal punishment may be correct…. If it is more than it can lead to suspension or kicked off the team.
Bro…. IDGAF if you shove or slap or hit my daughter for no real reason. I’m beatin your a** and I don’t care who you think you are. I can tell the people who have never really dealt with real conflict in here or been in real fights.

I can’t give him much credit. Yesterday was a decent win, but that A&M team is 3-4 now. Kentucky should count as a good win, but I can’t give Beamer much credit because Kentucky was without Levis (and it showed).

Their other wins are Georgia State, Charlotte, and South Carolina State. In their two games against healthy SEC teams with a pulse, they weren’t even competitive. And that Arkansas team is not exactly a world-beater.

Maybe I’m not being fair to him, but in two years, the only win where I thought he outcoached a respectable opponent was the bowl win last year.

What about when he goes 7-5, still good job?

This is not to build a narrative. I am honestly puzzled at what I see.

Other than punter, why is one position group decimated by injuries and has poor performance? All of the other position groups are solid to really good. Is it just bad luck? Is it S&C issues? Is it underperforming talent? Is it coaching and development? Is it a mixture?

All we need is adequate, middle of the pack performance on the back end. Will it get there by UGA?

Their 5 wins are against GA St, Charlotte, SC St, overhyped and overrated KY, and The Fighting Jimbos. There is absolutely nothing impressive in that resume to be worthy of a "good job". They are a mediocre team that is winning against mediocre opponents.

With the talent I see on the field and the coaching staff he has - probably. But I think that is all the game chickens reasonably expect any year no matter who is there. There are no more wacko Spurriers out there wanting a place to golf year round.

It's Cornbread level performance like he had his second year. Then it goes off the rails when they actually have to play a schedule and everybody knows what they do.

Had a TCU fan make these statements to me:

1: Max Duggan is a Heisman candidate and Hendon Hooker isn't.
2: The only team we've beaten with a pulse is Bama.
3: Vols are massively overrated, TCU is massively underrated.
4: TCU has played better competition over their last 3 games than the Vols have and plays more competitive teams on a more consistent level.
5: Sonny Dykes should be COTY over Josh Heupel.

I needed a good laugh today, figured y'all might, too.

Did you taze them?

Not sure why people are upset at Fowler and Kirk. Neither of them defended him. Kirk didn’t even say anything about it. Fowler simply explained the situation

If you watched more of that game though, they were making excuses for Alabama last week. Herbstreit called a bad penalty on MSU a “makeup call from Knoxville.” They kept showing the Omari Thomas hit on Young and questioned why it wasn’t a penalty. Total garbage.

They may have not defended Burton, but they remained neutral and said nothing. These narratives by ESPN and the media are just ridiculous. No objective reporting these days.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you suffer from paranoia, don't ya?
Just because they call you paranoid...doesn't mean they aren't after you..😏

It's not paranoia when you can point to two decades of evidence...however it is blindness to ignore that evidence.

Saban railed at them loudly all week, and yesterday they all bent down and kissed his butt....how can you deny that?

I’m here for it. The longer he gets propped up on empty wins, the longer he stays and we don’t have to deal with a good coach at SC.

ESPN loves to hitch their wagon to the latest thing except when it interferes with their narratives. Normally they would be railing about violence against women but since it was bama then they have to do all kinds of backpeddling to make it seem like it was her fault because she was on the field. ESPN is nothing but hypocrites and cowards.
