What did you have for dinner II?

Left over chili.

Noticed a few people doing chili this week. How do you do your chili? Ours is pretty standard beef with beans. A little bit spicy. I like fritos with mine, but I have to watch it or I will do the whole bag.
Beef, chili beans, tomatoes, onions, with spices.

Growing up: ate it with mustard and saltines
Now: Kevin got me into having it over rotini noodles with cheese

when we do homemade chili, we swap out the chili seasoning for taco seasoning. Try it one time. We really like it

Day 3 of the chili. 😎

Ingredients (I’m still unconvinced that carrots belong there, but they go in pot roast, so I guess)

We used to do deer and beer chili whenever we could get deer meat.. the best smells ever! With a jar if the Tabasco chili starter..You look like you have the makings of a good chili there

Took the wife out for dinner to Briarcliff Barrio (a new local Mexican food restaurant). I had the burnt end nachos.
