From Fulmer's end days to now, I've decided I want whoever the head coach wants (& I just hope he chooses wisely). I think you can't overstate how important cohesiveness and camaraderie is in the locker room & on the field.

Yeah…. I agree 100%…. Especially in This instance when we knew that we were going to be a little low on talent…. Even our defense has been better overall than the talent we are putting on the field…. It will keep getting better as talent keeps improving.

There's a reason that the coaches have 6 DB's in this class and are still pursuing more. They know what NFL talent looks like, and it's just not there in the DB room yet. The soft zone against the gators was to keep AR from beating us with his legs and provide support in the run game. The strategy was to force them to have make long drives to score with AR passing. From what you had seen from previous games is that he would make a couple of costly throws. That didn't happen. He played the game of his life. If you play that game 10 times, he plays like that once. We got that one game yesterday, and we still won. Was it really a surprise that a Florida QB would play the best game of their career against us?

They mentioned on one of the call in shows that tennessees DBs were keeping their eyes in the back field too long allowing receivers to run by us.

I was somewhat disappointed when I heard it was Heupel. I definitely did not want Malzahn though. And, yes, Woke Dan remains a chode.

Same here but was willing to let him prove himself. Just another example that shows we really don’t know what we’re talking about most times lol.

I am torn between wanting kiffin exposed as a fraud or kentucky.

I was disappointed until I started watching YouTube videos of his offense….I didn’t know if we would win big but I knew it would be fun…. It hasn’t disappointed so far.

Getting a bye week before road game at LSU is huge. They aren’t great but they are talented still and have a good home crowd. This bye week will allow for players to get healthy and Heupel to try and patch together a good gameplan for LSU. LSU O Line is weaker and they aren’t deep as they usually are. I think the tempo can wear them down and hopefully the front 7 can break through their O Line to cover up the secondary’s lackluster showing this year

Gave you a like, but why would you think that CJH will need to TRY to PATCH TOGETHER a gameplan? Our coaches are masters at exploiting the other teams weaknesses. Getting mismatches throughout the game and adjusting in game to scheme our offense to quickly score. Or haven’t you been watching?

I think that florida game will be a learning experience for the defensive coaches. Our bend but don’t break strategy will morph into our defense is gonna take away your run game while putting so much pressure on your QB that he will be scrambling just to survive. There are really just two QBs big and strong enough to succeed against the pressure that our defense will bring. One is AR. The other is Joe Milton…luckily Milton is ours.

Our defense will eat in two weeks. I liked LSU as a West division spoiler until they hired that notre dame dude. After our game, he will wish that he stayed at notre dame. The SEC is no place for these wannabe coaches. We have had our share of wannabes (4 to be exact). Now it’s our turn to embarrass other fanbases.

This will be our team’s first away game with a stadium full of the other teams fans. Pitt had more Vols in the stadium.

Let’s repeat after me: One game at a time. Bayou Bengals just got put on the endangered species list.

Probably an easier game @ noon, but the fan experience of an LSU night game is incredible.

Not me. An old fashioned butt whooping should be in our beloved Orange and White. Nothing says you got your arse kicked by Tennessee quite like Pantone 151.

Save the dark mode and Smokey grays for the little games. Make one homecoming and the other could be kentucky.

But our opponents know that they have been whooped by Tennessee by the Orange and Rocky Top. Let’s give them something to remember!

Honestly, it’s not. I’ve had one heart attack (at 39) and now have 7 stents. I’m fairly certain genetics, and my disregard for clean eating, will necessitate bypass at some point. Now, I trust that the good Lord is sovereign and I’m not leaving this earth til He declares it. But if He says it’s time to go cause we beat Bama this year, then I’ll pass thru the pearly gates, high fiving St. Peter, with my orange on!
