Let’s just take one game at a time. Next step… Beat LSU!
Yeah one game at a time. Been catching up reading everything from yesterday very interesting to say the least. Wow what a big win. Don't like the way we let them douchebags close the gap. Hope we fix a couple things on defense weather it be play calling or adjusting how much couching we give receivers. Hooker was the man again. Just win baby. GBO!!!

I don’t know if spurrier was an amazing play caller as he was innovative offense…. Teams eventually caught up to his system which is why his offensive output slowed down quite a bit….that’s been my point…. I think Hooker is a good qb taken to elite status bc of the system we run.
I don’t really see the difference between the two. If it’s “innovative” and it WORKS REALLY WELL? That’s superior playcalling. As for teams being “caught up”? Highly successful at Florida and SC when the talent was equitable, not so much at the pro level when it wasn’t. Did come back to earth somewhat towards the end of his time in Columbia but I chalk that up to being way older and not as sharp.

WOW! Just unbelievable! Hype hasn't even been here two years and has already accomplished what four other Coaches in the last 15 years couldn't do. None of us thought we would be 8 in the county in Hype's second year. Thank you Danny White for hiring coach Hype..

Average looking dude has 16 plates on the leg press.

Over / under on inches the sled moves?

Oops…. Adding two more plates… wait, he’s going for more… 😂 finished with a couple 25’s
I’m guessing 6 inches ROM

…. He took of the 25’s and replaced them with 45’s… 4 more

1,903 pounds mate… you’ve got this. Light weight
He got 6-8 inches with 4 reps. I’m moving on now. I had to know

HH is playing in a stat favorable system. It's like Ryan Mallett with petrino. Set all kinds of records, doesn't make him the best arky QB ever.
Stats that lead to wins mean something. Mallett won at Arkansas. The Petrino scandal weighed a little to much on his legacy imo. Hard to not associate the two.

For me 10 games isn't enough to put someone on an all-time career list, I know people have their own opinions. I need 20 games or more personally when I look at career and start ranking folks.
Hell have it at the end of the year. I don’t see Hooker slowing down anytime soon. The path he’s on is to be one of the best to put on orange.

I have watched Napier coach in person several times and yesterday for 25 minutes he controlled the game. It was typical grind it out, run the clock offense.
The Vols were able to flip the switch and change the game to a Heupel game. Over the years Heupel has coached similar games. Bend don’t break defense, looking for turnovers. Hopefully here at UT Heupel can build a better defense with better recruiting. If he does, we are going to be trouble for the SEC.
Yes.

But not "hopefully". It's already happening!!

I thought we'd smoke Florida, too, and we should have...if only we had a secondary with a hint of a pulse.

Again, I'm totally satisfied with the rest of the defense. Omari Thomas is a beast, and Da'Jon Terry, from what I could tell, balled out yesterday. D line has played extremely well so far. Pass rush is causing all kinds of havoc.

I think the secondary will look better when not forced to play zone exclusively because of a real dangerous running QB. So, LSU may actually cause more problems than Kentucky.
