Agree with this, but there is little doubt he is a dead man walking. There is absolutely no way I’m firing Frost now and paying 15 million when his buyout drops in half to 7 million on October the 1st. This year is gone and the new coach wouldn’t be named till after the season unless it’s a coach in the booth currently.
I lived in Lafayette, and was neighbors with some of his coaches.. he is a great guy, truly, but not that concerned about him as a big stage coach (I just don’t see it.. although those Gators could all probably benefit by going to church lol) I don’t think it is a good fit with Florida .. I told some gators on my smack talk group this and they laughed at me (lol).. but remember when (was it Aaron Murray?) tried to tell us about Pruitt?Lol they believe Billy is gonna be a better gameday or Xs and Os coach than Dan.
Yeah...Billy is a freakin genius
Here's an actual photo of him being told what asparagus is

Throw to Tillman that was dropped was on the money.Did you see our O line get abused all game? He had no time and still got yards. His throw to Bru was one of the best throws you could make. Receivers also had plenty of drops. He started rusty but after the first quarter he was dialed in. It was also on the road against a top defense.
At this point I'd maybe put it beside UK...but the scheme is totally different and clearly we had far less trouble vs it than Pitt's last year.Where do y’all think Pitt’s defense ranks among the ones we will face this year?
Florida busted two parlays for me.I feel you. . .

The other one is just for a few dollars too. Total payout is like $130 on about $5
I think all three of those teams are comparable. AR played atrociously last night, but we saw what he is capable of. I am doubtful that he is as good as he looked against Utah or quite as bad as he looked against Kentucky. Hooker can play a good bit better than he did yesterday and if he gets there, we should be able to beat both UK and UF.From what I’ve seen the first two games, Pitt is definitely better than Florida and probably would say they’re better than UK right now as well.
Disagree, strongly. I have the exact opposite take, after the first quarter—where he was admittedly all over the place—almost every incompletion from that point was on the WR’s. Way too many balls hit guys in the hands/chest and ended up on the ground. The receivers made his average look good. He was all over the place last night
Oh how quaint. Trying to spark a QB controversy because you are already bored with success.I hate to say it but there is a chance Hooker peaked last year.
He can still be good. But you might realize there is no upside.
I think that’s why coaches wanted Milton to figure it out.
I am not saying make a change. I don’t think you can do that.
I’m just saying improvement on last year light not be reasonable. But something similar would be great.
Like someone said yesterday, play like that continuously and we could lose 5 games. We can beat everybody on our schedule except Ga and Bama. 10-2 or I’m firing somebody.
Enjoy it but, we must...beat...florida.
325 yds with 2 touchdowns, if that’s a bad day against a really good defense, sign me up each week.Milton should start next week to see what he's got... Can't be any worse after tonight's performance at QB.
Over dozen high, underthrown or overthrown balls (3 of which were to be easy in stride TD's), ZERO pocket awareness taking multiple sacks as a mobile/running QB... A complete off season to improve... which he hasn't shown so far. Very underwhelming and disappointing at this point.
The sloppiness and undisciplined nature of this game on every side of the ball including special teams reminds me of a Dooley team. SEC teams are licking their chops, anticipating blowing us out...
It is what it is... no way we can make that many improvements and adjustments in one game/two weeks before FL... they will embarrass us at this point. AT HOME.
