Just don't understand why everyone wants to fire everybody all the time. Especially right now when we are still lacking talent and depth.

But Banks' job isn't to shut every team out every weekend. It's bend but don't break, play loose, create turnovers and negative yardage plays.

And we KNOW this as a fanbase (I hope) yet some still don't think he's cutting it... after 1 game... where we held them to 10pts.... and all 10 pts came in the second half with backups and freshmen in.
