If so, it's a very poor one. That's not what I took away from it at all. To me, it was more about how the people take the gods (or God) with them wherever they go. IOW, all of these pantheons made it to the US because immigrants brought them. The new gods are a little weird but I took that as humans created new ones for the times we live in.

I think Arizona State will also get hit with this, but they did not deal with it like Plowman. I feel sorry for coaches on staff and staff who lost jobs who did not know about visits or did not approve of visits.
All the other violations would have been swept under the rug, but travel expenses paid during Covid restrictions were not going to remain private.

I know its a moot point at this point, but if Pruitt didnt get himself fired I really wonder where we would be. I think he wouldve been our coach last year for sure, but would we be starting over this year, or would he be going into a make or break year 5? Obviously we are now in a much better spot, but I think it would be a fun discussion to have.

Religion has gone by the wayside in the US. The new generation worships at the church of the state.

I don't think this is accurate. Half the country is actively dismantling the state. The other half bemoans the dysfunction of the state while not doing much to restore it or combat the other side.

Our current god is MONEY and capitalism.
