Holy smokes man you’ve got a bunch of those built. I figured you built them as orders came in. How long does it take to build one, around a month/month 1/2?
No, I wish. We can only build 2-3 a year with my current staff. That boat was sold in April last year. Supply chain is killing me. Some stuff is 40 weeks out.

This supply deal is ridiculous. It’s time for everyone to get back to work, but that’s another story 🤷‍♂️Things could be a lot better, but It’s good to see a fellow Vol brother doing fair to middling lol

We're doing OK. We have a backlog. The next one we're just getting started will be the biggest yet. 19'W X 86'L

My bad I get the Bill of Rights mixed in with the constitution from time to time, but how would that not be considered a violation of antitrust laws? Lol im going to love this response btw

I'm going to only answer the first part here, then respond to another post with the antitrust portion in my next post....

The Bill of Rights IS part of the Constitution - there is still not a right of free enterprise, etc.
There are several elements that work together that foster an environment for a free market, but thats it.

Once again, the NCAA acting NEVER violates the Constitution because it is not a state actor. The NCAA can violate state or federal law, thats it. The NCAA cannot, by virtue of being a private enterprise, act "unconstitutionally."

Are you lawyer for the SEC or NCAA? Why do you have such a vested interest in thinking they have right to regulate NIL?

So. The #1 seed in the nation is the Visiting team in it's own ball park for the second night in a row AND not on SEC or ESPNU. Sorry if we don't fit the narrative.
We're potentially the greatest team of all-time. Seems like, being broadcast sports pros and all, they'd recognize this and have us front and center every chance they get.
