War in Ukraine

So they should have let the Ukrainians continue to attack Donbas? Simply for wanting to be independent of Kyiv?

Yes, the sanctity of human life and liberation from the land in which they've chosen to live is what's fueling pootin. He's a moral dynamo.

Funny how you and Vulgr seem to change your justification excuses based on the argument being had.

When should people stand their ground and fight for self-determination vs migrate? Where do you draw that line?

Probably somewhere before indiscriminate shelling of civilian neighborhoods and threating world war 3.

Anyhow, you look silly trying to convince anyone this was all really about pootins feelz for the donbas separatists.

If Russia wins this one, and they probably will, he'll have a lot of use for NATO.
Erdogan will play both sides against the other as he's increasingly gotten a bit better at over the past few years. NATO is a dying relic, however, and the future of Turkey is in the East.

It’s not their concern either
If it on their border and involving Russian speakers or ethnic Russians or however you want to classify those people, then yes, it is of Russia's concern.

Would the US not help US citizens or people with US connections that are under attack on the Mexican side of the border?

What about the people of Chaz (or whatever they called themselves), should they have been given recognition as a country?
If they could fight for it, defend it and maintain it, how does that affect me or any other average American?

Your talking about 8 square blocks in the far corner of the country.

So the last 8 years of Ukrainian shelling in Donbas. Thanks

I'd like to think we'd tell them, "if you don't like it move home or accept your fate."

You keep trying to take the high ground and keep failing.

How does Russia get stronger? Economically? Demographically? Militarily?

And how do any of those affect the average American?

Also, if this "naked aggression" burns your beans so much, when will the US start flooding Cypress with weapons against Turkey? When will we pull our troops out of Northeast Syria?
You can surely suss how Russia is stronger controlling Ukraine. Yes, ?, and Yes. What do you mean by demographically strong?
The situation in Ukraine is apples and oranges to Cyprus and Syria.

Every vote that doesn't go in the United States way is immediately discredited, even though I just showed you the very regions that supported Yanukovich in 2010. You have provide more evidence to strengthen your argument to convince me that the same regions in 2014 wouldn't be pizzed about their elected leader being regime changed.
I suppose any place would be PO'ed if they got regime changed. That doesn't make the 2014 secession referendums free and fair though.

It has nothing to do with trying to let Russia off the hook. It has to do with you guys ignoring the same actions when the US has done then 10Xs over.
Oh ********. This is your method for excusing your man crush’s behavior, to continually play whataboutism on Western countries and try to claim Pootin is no different. Newsflash Moe, Pootin is the only one that invaded Ukraine you disingenuous troll.

Wait, say what?
You had commented on the relative value of Afghan and Ukrainian lives, going back to a post about the DoD spokesman's comparative reaction to Afghan deaths and the Ukraine situation. My point is that we play down innocent lives we take and play up those taken by Russia.

NATO will easily outlast your msn crush Pootin and the current version of Russia Moe
