Every loss stings. These guys are developing into MLB prospects. The collateral gain of that is wins for the Vols. TV wants our guys to take control of their own development and opportunities to get to the next level. TV was asked how he would handle a pitcher wanting to call his own game, his response was basically he would hand him the ball and support the player and learn from the experience.

Over the years I’ve seen different posts calling out “coach worship”, I’m trying not to fall into that, but as far as I can tell TV is the real deal. My opinion of him is based off 1 of his interviews, the way he handles the team and player interviews.
