If you did, you would be for them kicking out these Western politically connected leeches like the Bidens, Kerry's, Pelosis and Romneys and looking to negotiate peace for them between Europe and Russia. If that could happen, Ukraine, with its vast riches, resources and geographic importance could be one of the richest in Europe and not a European version of Haiti or Botswana.

I really dont get the Russian hate. Are most of these posters boomers who lived through the cold war? I mean I am in my early 40s but I guess I missed the "hate Russia" programming.

We all heard Putin’s plan when he laid it out then and could clearly tell he was bat **** crazy and was about to invade another country.

The rest of your post is just crying that we won’t buy into your bull **** justifying why your home boy invaded another country.

For the 400th time the US is not occupying Syria no matter how many times you say it. Oh Putin laid out his reasons, gosh why didn’t I think of that. Was before or after he censored the media to not be able to use the word invasion? Oh not it’s Romney’s fault Ukraine isn’t thriving but boy I bet blowing up their cities and towns is really doing wonders for their economy. They do have a lot natural resources which is why Russia is there. I feel sorry for the people of Yemen as well.

Early in this, I had a conversation with a senior member of my team and I asked if he had any preference of who he favored. He said he was too old but was itching to put his boots on and go out in the field. I asked why, as he is a former British signals intelligence officer, would he care either way? "Because I was trained to kill Russians and I hate the bastards".

THAT, I can understand. Everyone else in the USA with no dog in the fight as it were, I have a hard time gleaning why they have a strong opinion on it, besides the ease which they have been manipulated by the media. Reminds me of people, to this day, who I see in their own cars by themselves or in a public park in a field, yet with their masks on.

Granted, I am happy Ivan is getting a bloody nose but sad this proxy war between EU/US defense industry/global elite and Putin/Russia will cost the lives of many innocent Ukrainians. It is not that it was a great place before this - it was not. Full of corruption, the highest sex slave trade in Eastern and Central Europe, and heavy drug trade. It feasted as the lawless borderlands of the EU. War has been going on in Donbas for a decade and Biden is likely corrupt to the core (tho may have been equally paid by Russia). But the people of Ukraine did not chose to be pawns in this game, nor do most of them want to lose their recent sovereignty to Putin's plans for empire.
