Congratulations! I have three boys and a girl. My daughter is the youngest of the children. I love my boys, but there is a special bond between fathers and daughters. Spend as much time with your kids as you can and, despite not feeling this way at first, they do grow up quickly. Hug them, tell them you love them, spend individual time with each child, and make them feel loved at all times. There is no better feeling than coming home from work and having the kids meet you at the door with a big hug. My daughter is now 19, but I still enjoy those hugs.

Mine is five. Foster that fierce independence. It'll drive you nuts and you'll want to strangle her at times (and I haven't even hit kindergarten yet!) But she'll grow into a confident woman who won't take 💩 off no man.

For every time she hears she's pretty make sure she hears how smart she is as well.

And be the example, because a little girl is going to look for in a mate what she saw in her dad. You are her example of what it means to be a man.

Do this for her... My father died in an accident when I was 3 months old but shortly after I was born, he sat down and wrote about my birth, the details of it and his thoughts and feelings. He wrote about how he felt about me and how it changed him instantly. That for him, it was one thing to be the father of a boy (my older brother) but a whole other to be a father of a little girl. When I got older, I got to read it (I had been told about it when I was younger) and it allowed me to understand so much about him.

Live a long life and be a great father to her but do this for yourself and for her. If something happens she will have something very real to hold onto and if nothing happens you will have something special to share with her when the time is right -- something that might just help her understand you and your love for her and how long it's been there.

It's entertainment. Some if it is going to align with your views. Some stories are definitely going to promote what you'd probably consider to be righteousness and good values. Some stories aren't. Some are going to be about all the wrong things and what those characters go through. Some is going to be pure smut and some is going to be dumb violence. It's going to span the range of human experience.

You know, I hope to have a family one day. I used to think I’d want three boys because it’s only one penis to worry about (or three). But damnit, after being an uncle with a niece, I hope God blesses me with a girl. I want to have daddy daughter dances.

Im pretty sure, when or if that times comes and I have a kid its going to be a girl. Im the last boy that was born in the family, my sister has one kid and one on the way thats another boy. Before me there were 4 girls in a row, now weve had 7 boys in a row. It just feels like im destined for a girl.
