They played good defense...we still win if we just hit 30%. You guys acting like they suffocated the hell out of is ridiculous.

What I have been saying ever since the game is..it wasn't anybodies fault, we just had one of those games...that's just basketball.

Other teams did that to us during the season, but got run off the floor when we hit shots the next time we faced them.
It’s what makes the Mens BB tournament the toughest playoff in sports IMO

Glad you’re back posting more often, you certainly were missed. Hope everything is finally okay on your end 🧡.
Thank you! 🧡 Things are good other than my husband’s drinking problem, but it’s about at the end. He’s either got to quit or very serious health problems are coming. He had a seizure on me last fall (apparently there’s a link between alcoholism and having seizures as a kid), memory loss (something happened againThursday where he is confused and loses memory, and now he can’t remember me being in the hospital or my dad dying), missed 3 days last week so may be fired tomorrow, and all the financial problems that come with hitting the bottom. He says he really wants to quit now and is going to the doctor in the morning. So any prayers would be appreciated! I said 2021 was the worst year of my life. Now I want to go back! This place helps...love the people here!

Quick thought: let’s go back to a year ago and the state of our athletics programs. Football is in shambles, over half of our base hates the hire. Basketball was kinda meh last year. Then out of nowhere the BaseVols come roaring on the scene, and not just with wins, but with swagger, with an attitude. And our fans LOVE it, embrace it, and rally around it!

Now look at the excitement and upward trajectory of every sports program and the high hopes we have.

With that I ask: Has Tony Vitello, and the culture he established, killed BVS?!!

Love you too Oda, please let us know if ANYTHING we can do for you and yours. You already have our prayers!

It's gonna take a lot more than that to cure some people's BVS. I think we could win titles in every major sport, and you'd still see some people acting miserable.

Right @BigOrangeTrain ?

You are in our prayers. Praying that your husband will find Peace and Contentment in Jesus Christ.

BVS will always be there, but we’re definitely headed in the right direction. It’s all in the hires we’ve made. For better or for worse.

You and your husband are in my prayers. The physical toll alcohol takes on the body is devastating, but I know the mental toll it takes on the family is equally devastating.

And let’s give credit where it’s due: Michigan’s perimeter D was excellent. As a championship level team, you have to learn how to overcome.

Baseball is #1, makes it all better
Some credit, that’s all they deserve. We missed many open shots. Going 5-6 minutes without scoring more than a point or 2 happens several times this year in games. We survived some and some we didn’t

If he doesn't quit he may wind up where we are. Liver problems effect everything. OH's platelets are so low that all but the least invasive procedures are off the table because he will bleed to death. That's why the only thing they've been able to do for OH's cancer is treat it with cryo-ablative surgery and they had to get permission for that because his tumor was above what the procedure normally deals with. I know you think it's bad now and it is -- dealing with addiction is so very difficult -- but it's going to get so much worse if he doesn't stop. I wouldn't wish what we've been through on anyone but any kind of extensive liver damage whether it's from cancer, various conditions, injury, or alcohol is life changing in an extreme way and there comes a point where the damage is too severe to come back from.

I know you don't know me IRL but if you want me to tell him what he's about to put you through if he doesn't stop I will. He's about to cross a line that will dramatically change both your lives. It absolutely breaks my heart to see this happening.
