If you do, probably shouldn’t post about it 😅

In all seriousness, my current house had this issue when we bought it. We noticed a painted spot on the ceiling directly below a shower, and the inspector noticed it as well during the inspection. We ended up getting the seller to drop the price because it was found, regardless of whether or not it was fixed. We haven’t had any issues with since we moved in 4 years ago.

You also sign disclosures and if you lie and get caught, you could really have some bad damages coming your way for fraud.

All professional sports teams are insane. Some people think UT is insane for their latest deal with a certain California kid :):):):)
I wasn’t talking about the money….. I’m all for giving enough money for the best players you can get college or pro….. that is just a lot of money for a wide receiver when you have to fit it in a salary cap.

Tim Banks said today that one of the big things we need to work on in our defense is taking advantage of the situation when we get the other team into 3rd and long situations. As a unit our defense set a school record last year for tackles for loss. We were 8th best in the nation, Alabama was 1st, Pittsburgh was 3rd, and Georgia was 10th.

A point that I’ve made a number of times is we don’t have a coaching issue. In fact I think coaching is probably a huge asset to us. I do think lack of depth had an adverse impact on us but I think the biggest liability may be talent.

We played 13 games. In 9 of those games we allowed 3rd down conversions an average of 30% of the time which would be 7th best in the nation just ahead of Alabama at #8. In the other 4 games we gave up 3rd down conversions an average of over 65% of the time. Those 4 teams were Ole Miss, Florida, Kentucky, and Alabama. Ole Miss & Florida we couldn’t contain the QB so both Jones and Corral had career rushing performances against us.

We didn’t have the talent to match up with Alabama’s Heisman QB and NFL receivers. Both Alabama and Kentucky had really good offensive lines. We beat Kentucky on the strength of Tae’s pick six.

When Muschamp was at Florida his philosophy was the best pass defense was a 4-man rush and he had the guys that could do that. I’ve often read that you start in the backend building your defense because the better the guys are in the secondary the more you can do with the guys up front.

Banks said the key to our improvement would be winning one on one matchups. I think the key to our improvement is getting the talent that can win those one on one matchups against elite talent. I suspect we don’t yet have the talent level we need to confidently expect a December appearance in Atlanta.

One equalizer to a talent gap is good coaching which we obviously have. Another equalizer is experience which we have a little more of this year.

My point is we’re actually playing to our talent level for the most part. We did really good last year and better than many expected in the preseason but I think we really need to invest more in bringing in additional elite talent. jmo.

I’m sure you’re asking, “How can I help?”

I’m glad you asked.
