I can tell you this....what I have heard is that Braves made an offer after the lockout and Freddie says he hasn't heard from the Braves since before the lockout. My source is as good as it gets.

Phones work both ways. My sources say Freddie's agent called the Braves and made an ultimatum that they offer him a better deal and give him the 6th year. My source is pretty good too.
