Yes, we're ok. Still weird that he's not with us. Dealing with all the legal stuff now. We had a living trust but the bank is giving us a hard time on one account. We have several accounts with them. May considering moving them.@InVOLuntary, you and your family doing okay?
And they should be rightfully flamed by everyone in the media like we are. Yet they won’t.
Agreed @Bassmaster_Vol same reason we need LSU to be good against FLA, we need AU to be good against UGA. We have to play a juggernaut EVERY year in Alabama. We need those other two rivals in the East to have similar cross-divisional competition.A strong AU who can beat UGA helps us in the East. That’s undeniable
Don’t fool yourselves…
Jimbo gon win big
Exactly. People complain that it’s unfair that we have to play Bama every year and yet don’t want AU to be good. I’d love it if UGA had to play a Bama every yearAgreed @Bassmaster_Vol same reason we need LSU to be good against FLA, we need AU to be good against UGA. Even if there isn't a morals clause in his contract (incredibly doubtful), or his morals clause doesn't mention stuff like this, they could still get him for a violation of university policy. "You must follow university rules" clauses are boilerplate too and I'm sure having an affair with a subordinate is forbidden under those rules.Moral turpitude clauses are boilerplate in coaches' contracts. An aggressive agent can try to water it down, but schools insist on some level of protection. If a school wants to invoke a morals clause, there are other issues. Most schools don't want to cut loose a coach who's winning.
The only problem I have with Auburn is a lot of time we are competing for the same recruits, but I pull for them against Bama and UGA. I don’t mind a dumpster fire somewhere else for a year or two though. The enemy of our enemies (Bama and UGA) is our friend, which makes Auburn (enemies: Bama and UGA) as much of a friend as one can have in the SEC, where we just hate more.
But it's always nice to have the dumpster fire burning on someone else's campus.
