per my brother who played on 2 state title teams with him: "Will would get so nervous before some games he would puke, and his snaps in big games weren't good".....I’ll still never understand how Albright literally had all the long snapping accolades and then somehow seemingly forgot how to long snap….. it doesn’t make sense.
He’s upset people are insinuating they paid outrageous NIL deals for their class? But that’s perfectly fine because it’s illegal and here to stay? But he’s mad he people are saying he did it? What’s he upset about again?

Wasn't the whole Ewers thing because it wasn't allowed in Texas to pay HS players? Could be wrong but thought I remembered hearing that. He’s upset people are insinuating they paid outrageous NIL deals for their class? But that’s perfectly fine because it’s illegal and here to stay? For years, people said college players should be paid and now people say paying players is ruining the game. I bet, all the tea in China, the players don't think that wayIt's nothing new for the hight 4/5 stars out of highschool.
It is new when you are having to pay a mediocre player 300k dollars just to stay on the team.
Paying players legally and the transfer portal are killing the sport.
Heck, Saban not only bought the players, but throw in the Momma‘s Daddy’s, sisters and brothers for good measure. (prostitutes and cars are off budget items and not calculated in the player cost figures)...but notice "We never cheated to get a player. We never paid a player." What he didn't say is just as important as what he did say. He didn't say that someone didn't get paid for a player, it just wasn't the player directly, and it was done in a way that wasn't against the rules. Skirting rules has been an art form in Alabama for many decades.
