My arguments about this have been based on reasonable alternatives to treating COVID in every example I brought up. I haven't advocated for using witch doctors or shaman. But the only way for you to defend your position is to go to that extreme in order to discredit it.Because your argument is people should do what they want regardless of anything else, no matter how dumb it is
I don’t have to “defend” what is common sense. If you go to a hospital and are under their doctors care you will do what they say or you can go somewhere else. You complain about laws and policies and hospital guidelines but they are there for several reasons. Just because some uneducated hick wants to do something different doesn’t make it right. You can’t self medicate in hospitals as a patient. Period. My arguments about this have been based on reasonable alternatives to treating COVID in every example I brought up. Anti-science red hat MAGA lovers!they’ve been doing it wrong the whole time…..
Sweden decides against recommending COVID vaccines for kids aged 5-11
Long Covid will be the new cudgel to demand continued control. Yes it's just a cold, but what if you get long Covid??? What if you give grandma long Covid???Researchers identify four factors that may anticipate long COVID
Ok, so this is actual “research.” But…it’s a study of 309 patients that had Covid vs controls when there have been nearly 400 million cases world wide. Hard to make any conclusions on that sample size. Also, difficult to guage subjective data. The biggest long Covid complaint was fatigue (52%). Anyway. Not denying “long Covid” is real, but I think it’s quite overplayed. Lots of potential secondary gain factors involved on both ends.
I agree with all of this but it seems SOME hospitals are still using protocols today that didn't work two years ago. Remedisivir being one of those.I don’t have to “defend” what is common sense. Go ahead and do it. The tolerance level has clearly been raised. Let it rip!I’m quickly reaching the frustration point with this that I’m willing to get a mandatory time out so I can call certain posters in here stupid and worthless human beings for posting these BS lying statistics in an attempt to “just be right”.
The most frustrating thing to me is that there is now two years of data, nearly everything that was called "misinformation" has more been shown to true, likely, or possible, mandates and masks have resulted in nothing but continued spread, the virus continues to (expectedly) mutate and now escapes "immunity," healthy kids face virtually zero risk, the CDC finally admitted that cloth and paper don't stop viruses . . . .I’m quickly reaching the frustration point with this that I’m willing to get a mandatory time out so I can call certain posters in here stupid and worthless human beings for posting these BS lying statistics in an attempt to “just be right”.

How are we still recommending a vaccine that works on a piece of a virus, that doesn’t exist (or is in a different form) in the same form on the current virus? Pfizer has admitted as much verbally and by their actions of trying to creat an omicron specific vaccine.Go to Israel and get your fourth booster for the wrong virus. That should help.
Re-posting because….it’s fascinating.I find this fascinating….
Africa may have reached the pandemic's holy grail — NPR
For reference, Malawi has a 4% vaccination rate, Kenya 10% and South Africa 28%.

And yet there are still people driving around in face diapers, judges forcing our children to hide their faces all day (while they themselves attend concerts and sporting events at will), and people calling the unvaccinated (most of whom have recovered from infection with now-superior immunity) horrible names and trying to exclude us from society.
When does it end?
I’m so over it. Every time I see this crap and my kid masked for school, or worse having to log on from home I want to put my fist through the wall.
Many of the people on here posting stupid ‘ish like the hospitalization, cases, and deaths are part of the problem. The press and Twitter warriors run with this nonsense and then it gets posted all over the internet and it turns into a never ending echo chamber that keeps all this going.
There really are awful human beings doing all this and we have our own little subgroup here. They should be ashamed and embarrassed.
