From Poster on VQ:
Gary Parrish noted that he heard from one of Memphis' biggest boosters (6-figure + annually) who remarked "why does it feel like no one is ever in charge over there [in the Tiger High Basketball Program]."
Could get interesting in Memphis if / when they miss the NCAAT again.
CorrectSo taking the bet listed, they would need to win by 2 to win the bet, but winning by only 1 isn't a loss, it's a push, right?

They don’t explain everything…much less overexplain. Which allows the moviegoer to go their own pace. Prolly why not everything they put out is a blockbuster…ticket wise. My daughter and I will break up laughing through Raising Arizona and her boyfriend and my wife will sit there with cartoon question marks over their head.Same here. One of my favorites of theirs now. It's definitely multi-layered. Barton Fink is the same way. Hated it the first couple of times I watched it, then started picking up little things here and there. That's what makes the Coen's so damn great, the little nuances and their sense of humor.
More proof the 80’s was the GOATThe Toy

Yes. That's it! Not everyone is going to get it...hell, a lot of times I don't get it, at first. That's the beauty, and brilliance, of those dudes. They don’t explain everything…much less overexplain.
