Hahahahahahahahahaha no. The Gracie family have no say in how the UFC is run. IIRC, Royce is still p**sed because he wanted to have a say because "I'm Royce Gracie and I know everything" and the Fertittas told him to GTFO. I can't even recall the last time one of the actual (not cousins or extended family, a direct descendant of Helio) Gracie was at ringside.

Every fight I've seen in the past 10 years has consisted of 2 guys grappling. Basically first one to tackle wins. That is boring AF. And starting up they set the rules. It's only gotten softer since. Although soft isn't the correct word as watching a soft style like Aikido is actually entertaining.

If anybody is ever visiting Asheville I'd highly suggest El Gallo downtown for brunch. We just found it last Summer...pretty new. They have a small menu, but we've now tried them all and man are they great.

I got a dish today that had something looking like cabbage, almost like bok choy, and well I hate cabbage. Bit into it and it tasted like a dang taco! My wife had this weird looking orange potato thing...it tasted like a taco too! We were laughing hysterically at their wizadry. Our minds couldn't comprehend taco cabbage. And their french toast 🤌

But also John Daly II is going to be a legit tour player. He’s fantastic for 18 years old.

General Neyland thought that bowl games were meaningless. There were very few back then. Also, NC was determined prior to the bowls or he would have cared.

Now there are so many bowls that it’s becoming meaningless again. I really care about the outcome of the Music City Bowl. Other bowls, not so much.

When the Sugar Bowl represented the SEC Champion vs anyone else, then it was meaningful. Now it is just another bowl.

I will watch the playoffs hoping for uga to lose first game. Embarrassing loss at that. Michigan-osu level of embarrassment. Worse than the uga-bama loss. Don’t really care otherwise. I want the Richt-smart comparisons to affect their recruiting and their mindset. I want to see smart and muschump get into a fight on the sidelines when the Vols kick they ass next year. I want it to affect them so badly that muschump has to be admitted to a psych ward. I want smart to be do desperate that he hires DC pruitt mid season. I want pruitt to get drunk and beat smart up in front of recruits’ families. Then screw up their NIL so badly that they act neutered. 🤯

Wow, didn’t know about the depth of my dawg hostility. That’s usually reserved for the gators and vandy. (Cafego and I were roommates Freshman year) 🤠

Funny story from church this morning.........................

Pastor was talking about how odd is was that shepherds were some of the first notified by angels about the birth of Christ. He said that shepherds were on the lowest rung of class hierarchy and weren't even allowed in the temples. He said, "I'm hesitant to try and compare them to any class of people in today's time, but the closest I can come up with is Alabama fans."

I take that as a moderate view on Georgia. Could live with it.
