UT won't clear Neyland and refund tickets. And Sankey won't demand it... or even suggest it. That's a media hot take by a few guys who lack credibility but get clicks hating on UT.

You wouldn't know it from the media but fans venting and throwing, while regrettable, is far from unprecedented. It has happened at other schools-- at the same SEC schools now pointing fingers-- and it received the attention it deserved. Stadiums weren't closed. Students weren't shunned. Games weren't forfeited. Reason and revenue prevailed.

Part of any rule dealing with fake injuries should say that you can’t sub anyone but the injured player on defense if the offense doesn’t sub. Because I feel like that’s a big part of the strategy - the injuries allow you to make subs, not just helping your guys catch their breath/ slow down tempo.

1. If play has to be stopped for an injury that player must be removed for the duration of the drive.
2. If an official or someone in the replay booth witness a coach instructing a player to intentionally fall down it should result in a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty and count as 1 of the head coach’s 2 unsportsmanlike fouls toward disqualification.
