The Official Ole Miss Game Thread: Zone Edition

Im not condoning the actions tonight but a league brings it on themselves when they hire Bama grads to run the officiating office and replay booths, hire a disproportionate number of Bama grads to work in the league office, and a disproportionate amount of Bama residents to work as officials.

Fans are sick and tired of the incompetent officiating that is caused by a perceived (or actual) conflict of interest.

Well, if you start wandering down that winding path, you could also say we would not have needed a TD at the end had McGrath made that FG.
I disagree. You never count on a field goal being made. You should NEVER muffin a fair catch and the call that took the TD off the board was blatantly wrong.

That’s a joke right? Tennessee played like crap the entire game and was lucky to be in a position to win at the end.
They played well the second half and had a chance to win. If Hooker wouldn't have got hurt. I ALMOSE THANK MILTON THREW THE GAME. If not he is dumb.

Nope, games like this come down to one or two plays. We're playing about 65 scholly players right now. We aren't going to be able to physically put 60 minutes together against the number 12 team in the country. Every single play counts. The blown TD alone would have swung this game.

The rest of the SEC is sick and tired of the incompetence coming from Birminghan. We dealt with the Bryant Denny BS in 2009 and 2019. The BaseVols were robbed against Bama in the SEC tourney and LSU superfan ref Anthony Jordan cost the basketball team a SEC title.

Not saying it was right but its been a long time coming.
I agree, but. There’s the but, and I will get flack for it. So be it. Everyone is fed up about the bias coming from Birmingham, BUT, in front of National TV (SEC 🙄). I’m am old school. I remember when both teams came off the field and shook each other’s hands and congratulated each other. I guess I’m too old to hate what I saw at the the closing moments of our game. Ole Pizz won it, fist pump, good game, used to be a thing. My old azz never felt the need to throw objects at the opposing team when they won, but what do I know? I’m older than you youngsters.

By saying, posting this, you are condoning it.
