I just feel like both our offenses are very similar.

Difference being is their offense has to face our crowd noise while also going against a better defense.

Plus - I believe we’re healthier. They’ll be without their starting left guard. Also Jerrion Ealy, Johnathan Mingo, and one of their starting DB’s, Jake Strickland are all coming off injuries and it’s unknown if they play.
They're similar in that they both want to go fast... But ours is more power run oriented, theirs is more from the pocket, down field with the QB the featured runner.

To me it's more of the same for us. Don't make mistakes... And we can br successful.

I'm most curious how the team handles the little bit of success they've had, and does it translate to more success, or do they press?

I think that's the key to this game.

Good news! They saved the gerbil too!

Theo is not fast. He looks faster because he plays fast. He diagnosis fast. He doesn't have makeup speed. He might be slightly faster than McCullough. But not much faster. And that is just because McCullough is slow for an SEC DB.
So… you literally said what I said?

Theo is absolutely faster than McCullough and has a better nose for the ball. He is always around the Football. McCullough has literally no sideline to sideline speed. He also is terrible a midrange pass defense.

I also agree that Flowers needs to have his best game, I almost wish they would play Charles over Flowers, Charles has a nose for the ball.

Our all-hands team needs to play this week on defense.

I don’t think you let McCullough play this game. Too slow. I think you put Theo in for McCullough and you put Turnage for Theo.
Theo should not be anywhere but at NB. He is a force and can be a game changer there. Brandon did good work there, but there’s a little drop off IMO.

Well there is a big drop off at strong safety every time McCullough plays…. Lol we need to figure that out. Maybe Slaughter?

McCullough only has 24 (17 Solo) total tackles (including assists - 2.5 for loss) in 6 games.

Turnage almost eclipsed that production in 1 game.

I think the whole Gruden thing is a sign that the curse is lifting. It would have been so Tennessee, in the past, for him to come here and have us rolling and then have this happen. He didn't come here. The curse has fled. Hope it winds up at Florida.
Add Jimmy Franklin and all that talk about USC.

I think curse is officially lifted if we beat Lane's Ole Miss while Peyton is in attendance with the fan checkerboard. I don't ask for much.

Mingo is definitely out, right?

I thought Slaughter looked really good 2 weeks ago.
