You guys know what the Gruden scandal really means right? The ‘Gruden to UT’ era is officially over. There’s no chance in hell they would hire him, even if it were a possibility. That means no more secret planes, no more Gruden sightings in Knoxville, no more insider information. To be honest, I had a helluva lot of fun and will miss it. The outlandish claims and camaraderie was a blast and carried some of us through dark times in the program. Hope is a powerful drug.

Theo used to play FS and was slow back there. He's making plays at nickel where he's up near the LOS. That is a perfect spot for him. McCullough was dealing with a nagging injury all last season and definitely looked slow. He's certainly not a speed guy, but he looks faster this season and much more in line with what we saw from him his freshman year in limited action. I don't think he's been a big liability back there.

Did Lovie Smith's plane ever land? You know there's that, but I wouldn't want to be flying a holding pattern waiting for CJH to fail.

I get that Tank is slow, but he does lead the team in INTs....

I just feel like both our offenses are very similar.

Difference being is their offense has to face our crowd noise while also going against a better defense.

Plus - I believe we’re healthier. They’ll be without their starting left guard. Also Jerrion Ealy, Johnathan Mingo, and one of their starting DB’s, Jake Strickland are all coming off injuries and it’s unknown if they play.

Theo is not fast. He looks faster because he plays fast. He diagnosis fast. He doesn't have makeup speed. He might be slightly faster than McCullough. But not much faster. And that is just because McCullough is slow for an SEC DB.

Just wanna say Charles can really fly though. I’m excited about his future here. Gonna be an awesome safety.

Never questioned if JH could keep up in points…believe me…I’m ready to see who out coaches who on the offense side of things👀😅 both teams give up hella points on good passing teams..this game will have a ton of creativity.

Arky rushed for 350. On that alone, I like our chances. Ole miss D is light years worse than ours and their run game isn’t comparable to Florida’s so we’ll see

Every weeks a new season and all but it seems like there are some interesting parameters in comparing our game with UF and Bama against UF and OM and I don't think OM necessarily compares favorably. How on earth is OM going to slow the Vols down?
