That is why fake insiders are harmful to the board.. they get a following to really believe in the fairy tails, and then they come crashing down once the air is cleared and are mad the world bc things didn’t turn out anything like what their insider overlord hinted

SMH..🤦‍♂️

I get that with turf since it never dies, but doesn’t the grass just wither and die?

Yes it dies quickly. When you’re a teenager and part of a mob these things don’t cross your mind.

The grass did stay orange and white for many years even though it was dead.

The emails are wrong and disgusting. No arguing that fact. BUT the statute of limitations on RAPE is 7 years. This was 2011. When will we quit losing our collective minds?

Is he being charged with a crime?

His career is over and few individuals will want to be tied to him in any form. Football is a social sport and it’s all he’s done his entire life (like most high-level coaches). Jon Gruden has always been vulgar and this time it bit him. Perhaps he’ll chart a new direction moving forward. None of us are beyond the reach of GOD’s GRACE if we humble ourselves to accept it.

That doesn’t mean the media has access though. Someone clearly leaked them or provided them to media outlets.
The media can get pretty much any record they want because of an open records law. Privacy is a thing of the past.

What kills me about all of this is that people play favorites. Years ago, one of the ESPN female reporters was talking about a big lead that Tiger Woods had in a golf tournament. Her comment, on air, was the only chance anyone had to catch Tiger was to "lynch him".

Tiger said she didn't mean anything by it and ESPN and the rest of the media just let it go. She was young and blonde so she got a free pass because Tiger said no foul.

Fuzzy Zeller was asked what Tiger would serve for the champions dinner at the Masters and he answered something like "neck bones" or whatever they eat and he was crucified by Tiger and lost tons of sponsorship money because Tiger had a problem with it. Fuzzy was not young and blonde :):). See how that works

siap, but each staff that's been here before has had various "opportunity" games early in the tenure, be it year 1, 2 or even 3. most every time, we've come up short or laid an egg. each one was a big opportunity for that staff to leave a mark, make an impact and put a stamp on their version of this program. Kiffin had one in 09 against Bama. Dooley had a couple, the LSU game comes to mind...Butch had way more than his fair share of these types of games....Pruitt too.

point being, this Saturday night is one of those opportunities for CJH and co. now, losing Saturday night is not a sin, it's not an indictment or anything, so don't get me wrong.

but it sure would be nice to skip the moral victory stuff and all the talk of the "if's" that, had they gone the other way, we'd of been victorious.

the heck with all that. just go win the damn game. let's leave the 'if's' to somebody else. go be that team. we're playing meaningful football in mid october. i mean, we could still win the East lol...think about that? so anyway, i'd really like this saturday night not to be a 13 UGA, 09 Bama, 15 OU, 15 FL.....type game.
i'm thinking 1990 FL, or 1995 Bama. or 01 Florida......yeah, that'd be nice. i'd like that.
Win or lose...this staff is doing a good job.

I've been impressed with how we come out, I'm looking forward to that continuing.

I am ready to see a 2nd quarter where we stop playing with our food and lock our jaws earlier.

Specifically, I'm ready to see how we handle The Middle Eight. We did not do a good job last game of taking advantage of having the ball going into half and getting the ball coming out of half. The Middle Eight is massively important, especially against another potent offense. We have to make it count when it works to our advantage. Furthermore, if we're on the other end, and Ole Miss has the ball for the majority of The Middle Eight, I hope that we do as well as SCar did against us.

Sounds like you've got it figured out.

Deshaun Watson hasn’t played in a game all year. He’s not even with the team. Not really a good comparison. Jon Gruden is still eligible to coach
And he resigned on his own. And Deshaun is innocent until proven guilty, no? Clay just being Clay...

All I'm saying it that people pick and choose when they want to ruin someone's life. It's what works best for them at the time. I just gave two very good examples---take it for whatever you want. I didn't make either one up.
